Asil Nadir: 'I have been a victim of an unlawful arrest'
The former fugitive tycoon Asil Nadir has been released from custody without charge, after being arrested on suspicion of breaching his bail conditions.
Mr Nadir is awaiting trial in connection with the collapse of his Polly Peck business empire 20 years ago.
Speaking outside Charing Cross police station in London, he said he planned to issue a writ against the police.
