Tycoon Asil Nadir freed after arrest
The former fugitive businessman Asil Nadir has been arrested and released by police in London.
He was accused of breaking his bail conditions, but he says officers have now apologised to him.
Mr Nadir returned to the UK in August to face fraud charges relating to the collapse of his Polly Peck empire 20 years ago.
He is threatening to sue the police for wrongful arrest.
The BBC's Mike Sergeant reports.
