Further delays for passengers stranded at Heathrow

There is a mood of growing frustration this morning as snow and ice continue to play havoc with the Christmas travel plans of thousands of people.

Hundreds of passengers have spent their second night camped out at Heathrow. British Airways is urging those with non-essential flights to postpone their travel plans.
