ICC: 'We are serious about maintaining our integrity'

The governing body of world cricket, the ICC, has said that it is reviewing its anti-corruption procedures after imposing bans on three Pakistani cricketers.

The Chief Executive of the International Cricket Council, Haroon Lorgat, told the BBC everything was being done to ensure that the World Cup would be free from corruption.

Mohammad Amir, Salman Butt and Mohammad Asif were accused of spot-fixing offences in the fourth Test against England at Lord's last August.

They have always denied the accusations of bowling deliberate no-balls.
