UK better prepared for ash cloud, says CAA
Volcanic ash from Iceland's Grimsvotn volcano is continuing to head towards the UK.
Analysts expect the ash cloud from an Icelandic volcano to reach Scotland and Northern Ireland by Monday evening.
The event comes a year after ash from the Eyjafjallajokull volcano spread across Europe, causing huge disruption.
Civil Aviation Authority chief executive Andrew Haines told the BBC the UK was better prepared to deal with the ash cloud as "we have learned a great deal since last year".
