British athletics champion Mo Farah on winning gold

Mo Farah won the 5,000m final at the Athletics World Championships last Sunday making him the first British man to ever claim the title.

The win came exactly a week after he lost out on a gold medal in the 10,000m final.

Mo spoke to BBC Breakfast about how he managed to go from silver to gold in just one week.
