Hugh Grant's ex-girlfriend faced 'barrage of phone calls'

The lawyer for dozens of alleged victims of phone hacking has told the Leveson inquiry into the media that the whole press stands in the dock.

David Sherborne who represents the parents of Milly Dowler and Hugh Grant, said his clients had endured lies, harassment and other despicable actions.

He also told the inquiry that there has been a breakdown of trust between the press and the general public.
