View from Amy Williams' helmet-cam

Amy Williams won gold in the skeleton at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.

In October of this year, the BBC's Matthew Stadlen went to Lillehammer in Norway to spend time with her training.

This footage gives the view from a camera attached to Amy's helmet as she slid down the Lillehammer ice track.
