Leveson: 'Tinker around the edges' will not be enough

"Tinkering around the edges" will not be enough to solve the problems in the newspaper industry - that is according to Lord Justice Leveson, the judge in charge of the media ethics inquiry.

Today he has been hearing evidence from editors and chief executives of broadsheet newspapers - most agreed that substantial reform is needed.
