Student loses extradition hearing

A 23-year-old student is facing extradition to the US to face charges of copyright infringement for setting up a website hosting links to pirated copyrighted films and television programmes.

Richard O'Dwyer has said he will appeal against the decision to allow his extradition, saying the site merely directed users to other sites, making it similar to Google.
