Abu Qatada 'may yet be deported'

Radical Muslim cleric Abu Qatada may still be deported from Britain, despite a judge ruling he could be released on bail after his deportation was blocked in the European courts.

The government wants to deport him to Jordan where he faces terror charges, but the European Court of Human Rights blocked the move because of fears he would be tried on evidence obtained by torture.

June Kelly reports.
