Offal-y good - sales of cheaper cuts of meat rising

Recent figures show that sales of cheaper cuts of meat like offal have risen in the last five years.

Celebrity chefs have long championed what is known in the food world as "nose to tail eating" and now it seems diners are embracing it too.
