England lacks road strategy - RAC

David Cameron will say much more private investment is needed in England's road network in a speech later.

Professor Stephen Glaister, director of the RAC Foundation, said there was currently no strategy for England's roads.

"Somehow we have got to get more capacity on the road network," he told BBC Breakfast.
