Fuel tanker strike talks reach deal
Members of the Unite trade union say they will put a deal to their members which could avert a strike by fuel tanker drivers.
The union has been holding talks with fuel distributors at the conciliatory body, ACAS, to resolve a row over issues including pay and safety concerns.
The threat of a strike caused panic buying at petrol stations last month.
Diana Holland, Assistant General Secretary of Unite said it will put a possible deal to its members next week.
