Would Abu Qatada get a fair trial in Jordan?

Abu Qatada will remain in prison in the UK until his deportation appeal is heard in October, a judge has ruled.

The Home Office believes that the radical cleric poses a risk to national security and is determined for him to return to Jordan to face trial for on terrorism charges.

But would he get a fair hearing in his home country? June Kelly reports.
