Olympic torch: Handover on 'Chariots of Fire' beach

The Olympic torch relay continues its journey around Scotland, travelling past the Forth Bridge, Stirling Castle and the Falkirk Wheel before ending up at a party in Edinburgh.

On Wednesday, it started at St Andrew's West Sands, where the iconic beach scene in 'Chariots of Fire' was filmed.

Thirteen-year-old Joseph Forester is carrying the flame across the beach, as the BBC's Laura Bicker reports.

The torch can be followed on the BBC's Torch Relay page
