Prince Charles visits St Asaph flood victims

Prince Charles has begun a visit to St Asaph to meet victims of the devastating floods that engulfed the small city in north Wales.

Hundreds properties in St Asaph were submerged in a torrent of water in November and residents face months out of their homes.
