UK troops abroad get Christmas box from UK4U charity

The tradition of sending a Christmas box to UK soldiers serving abroad was first introduced by Queen Victoria in the 1800s.

Charity, UK4U, sends 22,000 British servicemen and woman, who will be abroad this Christmas, a box of goodies.

The BBC's Caroline Wyatt has been to find out how the contents of the boxes has changed.
