NHS 'must learn lessons' from Savile reports, says Hunt

The NHS "must learn lessons" from the Jimmy Savile scandal, according to the health secretary.

A joint report by the Met Police and NSPCC published on Friday outlined offences at 13 hospitals, including Great Ormond Street in London and Wheatfields Hospice in Leeds.

Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt said changes had already been made but the NHS had to ensure that such offences could not be committed at hospitals again.
