Cameron EU speech: Will Britain vote to leave?

British Prime Minister David Cameron is expected to promise an in/out referendum on the UK's future in the EU if the Conservatives win the next election.

The Conservative leader is wants to renegotiate the UK's relationship with the EU, before asking people to vote. The plan is expected to be unveiled in a speech on Wednesday.

Some polls suggest that up to 50% of British voters would like to withdraw from Europe altogether.
