Thatcher papers reveal human side
From her arrival at Number Ten Downing Street in 1979 to her resignation 11 years later Margaret Thatcher proved herself a formidable and controversial Prime Minister.
But newly released documents from the early 1980s reveal her anxiety at the prospect of going to war over the Falklands and the opposition from within her own party.
The papers also show her personal sadness over the loss of life during the conflict.
