G4S accused of overcharging government for tagging

Two major security companies, G4S and Serco, have been accused of overcharging the government by tens of millions of pounds for tagging criminals.

The justice secretary says the government was billed for offenders who were already in prison or who'd left the country, in some cases even after they'd died.
