Olympic stuntman killed: The dangers of wingsuit flying

The stuntman who parachuted into the London 2012 opening ceremony as James Bond has been killed in a wingsuit flying accident near Martigny, Switzerland.

Police said they did not yet know the cause but it is thought Mark Sutton, 42, died after crashing into a ridge of rock.

Stuntman Steve Truglia spoke to the BBC to explains the risks involved in wingsuit flying. He said it was a "thrilling activity" but much more dangerous than traditional skydiving.
