Rev Jackson on the campaign to mobilise UK black vote
Thousands of Americans have spent the past fortnight marking the 50th anniversary of one of the most influential speeches of the Twentieth Century.
Dr Martin Luther King's call for racial tolerance in every corner of United States has inspired the generations that followed.
The British organisation, Operation Black Vote, is embracing Dr King's appeal and encouraging black and ethnic minority communities to engage with the political process ahead of the next general election.
They are being supported by the prominent civil rights campaigner, and colleague of the late Dr King, the Reverend Jesse Jackson.
Rev. Jackson spoke to the BBC's Huw Edwards about his hopes for Britain's future.
