HS2: Case for rail project 'falling apart' says campaigner
The estimated benefits of the planned HS2 high-speed rail link are dwindling as costs rise, a group of MPs has said.
Joe Rukin from the campaign group Stop HS2 is fiercely opposed to arguments in favour of the project, which he says have been "falling apart".
He said: "There's no business case, there's no environmental case and there's no money to pay for it."
