Lib Dems: Vince Cable warning on economic recovery

The Business Secretary Vince Cable has warned his party not to "get carried away" with talk of an economic recovery.

He told the Liberal Democrat conference in Glasgow that history might repeat itself if house prices were allowed to get out of control in London and the South East.
