How does a fire brigade cope with a strike?

Firefighters in England and Wales are due to strike for four hours on Wednesday in a dispute over pensions.

The government wants firefighters to work until they are 60 to get a full pension, in line with other emergency workers.

The Fire Brigades Union claims many will not be fit enough to work to the age of 60, and could lose thousands of pounds a year if they retire early.

Fiona Trott reports from Cleveland Fire Brigade headquarters on its preparations for industrial action.
