Fire strike: Union says older firefighters 'increase risk' to public

Firefighters in England and Wales are due to strike for four hours on Wednesday in a dispute over pensions.

The government wants firefighters to work until they are 60 to get a full pension, in line with other emergency workers.

The Fire Brigades Union says there is ''increased risk'' to the public and to firefighters themselves, in having large numbers of older staff.

Fiona Trott reports.
