Max Clifford pleads not guilty to indecent assault charges

Publicist Max Clifford has pleaded not guilty to 11 counts of indecent assault on teenage girls and women.

Mr Clifford, 70, from Hersham in Surrey, faces charges relating to seven alleged victims, ranging in age from 14 to 19, between 1966 and 1984.

The trial date has been set for 4 March next year and is expected to last up to four weeks.

Speaking outside Southwark Crown Court, he said he was "totally innocent" of the allegations.
