Government targets motoring costs and whiplash claims

The government has said it plans to bring in a package of measures aimed at bringing down the cost of motoring.

The proposals include making it cheaper to have an MOT and to buy fuel on the motorway, as well as a crackdown on whiplash fraud to make insurance more affordable.
