Leveson report: Press wants Leveson legal challenge

A newspaper industry group wants a judicial review after its regulation plans were rejected earlier this month.

Pressbof ((Press Standards Board of Finance) which funds the current Press Complaints Commission, is opposed to cross-party proposals for a Royal Charter for regulating the press.

They have criticised the proposals as neither voluntary nor independent.
