Running marathons with motor neurone disease

Mark Maddox, from Liverpool, has been running all his life, but since being diagnosed with motor neurone disease, he has run marathons to raise money and awareness of the condition.

His personal best for the marathon is 6 hours and 20 minutes and he plans to run two more races in 2014.

He runs for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
