Used tyres create road for flooded Somerset streets

The Met Office is warning of heavy rain in southern England - including the already flooded Somerset Levels where the Environment Agency said it was running pumps 24 hours a day to drain the water.

Parts of the area have been flooded throughout January and many residents have to resort to using boats to get around.

Claire Marshall reports on how bales of used tyres are being recycled to create a road passable for cars through the flood waters.
