Flood tourists welcomed in Worcester as River Severn peaks

In Worcester there are fears that the River Severn, which has already passed its highest recorded level, will rise again.

In many cases, places that are flooded do not encourage so-called "flood tourists", but business in Worcester has been so badly hit that people wanting to photograph the river in full flow are not being turned away.
