BBC helicopter assesses 'huge floods' around river Severn

A new band of heavy rain is expected to hit the UK on Friday, as engineers work to reconnect power supplies cut off by Wednesday's storm.

The BBC's George Alagiah took a flight by helicopter to assess the level of flooding around the River Severn and tried to establish where the water had come from.
