UK storms: Plymouth gales 'nearly blew me off my feet'

Strong winds have been sweeping across the south-west of the UK towards the centre and the south-east of the country.

Plymouth resident Jason Kiely, who has been at the seafront in Plymouth, told the BBC that the winds and and rain that he had witnessed on Friday evening were the worst that he had ever seen.
