Spanish ambassador summoned over Gibraltar 'incursion'

The Spanish ambassador has been summoned to the Foreign Office after a "serious incursion" by Spanish ships into waters off Gibraltar.

The incident involved a Spanish state research ship and an accompanying Guardia Civil police vessel.
