Football clubs 'named and shamed' over disabled access

Minister of State for Disabled People Mike Penning has told the BBC that he will prosecute football clubs which fail to provide appropriate facilities for disabled fans.

A study has found only three Premier League grounds provide the required number of wheelchair spaces.

The Premier League insists clubs do try to ensure that disabled fans can attend matches.

Mr Penning said he decided to ''name and shame'' certain clubs because ''enough is enough''.
