Orchid View: Review into 'harrowing' care home

The conditions at a care home in West Sussex have been described as "harrowing" by a review into the deaths of 19 elderly residents there.

The Orchid View home near Gatwick was closed three years ago, after allegations of abuse and neglect.

The serious case review also called for a number of changes to be made to the care home industry.
