Cooper brands passport delays a 'sorry shambles'

She was called before MPs this morning to explain the delay, and announced a number of measures, including a free, fast track service for anyone who could prove they had an urgent need to travel.
But that wasn't enough for the Shadow Home Secretary, Yvette Cooper, who accused Theresa May of overseeing a "sorry shambles".
