Older workers are 'untapped resource'

Older people should be encouraged to stay in work longer to boost their own pensions and to help the economy, according to new guidelines from the government.

The number of older workers will increase substantially in the next decade, and the Pensions Minister says they are an untapped resource with lots to offer.
