David Haines murder: Brother of British IS hostage speaks

A British aid worker murdered by Islamic State (IS) militants was excited to get his job, working in Syria, his brother has said.

David Haines, 44, was captured in Syria in 2013. On Saturday, IS released a video of his murder.

Mike Haines paid tribute to his brother, who wanted to "help people", and dismissed IS's claims to religious doctrine.

"ISIL is not about religion - it's about terror", he said.
