Cargo ship: Stranded vessel 'frees itself' in Solent

The Marine and Coastguard Agency say a cargo vessel stranded in the Solent has 'freed itself'.

The Hoegh Osaka was run aground on Saturday off the Isle of Wight, but has refloated itself at high tide.
