Osborne: Counter-terrorism is 'the national priority'

Chancellor George Osborne has said that combating and preventing terrorism is "the national priority".

It is something the government makes a "huge effort" on, and he said they have put an extra £100m into tracking those who have been to Iraq and Syria.

He called the security services "heroic" for their efforts in preventing attacks.
