Will attitudes to older people change as population ages?

The idea of retiring in your 60s is already becoming outdated, as many people living longer, healthier lives choose to carry on in their jobs as they get older.

An opinion poll carried out for Breakfast suggests 58% of people, almost three out of five, think the older generation are not treated well in society.

So, as the workforce changes to reflect an ageing population, will attitudes change too?
