Hillsborough police sergeant: My report was 'sanitised'

A former police sergeant who was working at Hillsborough when the crush happened, told the inquests his report was "sanitised".

John Morgan also said that it was not him who ordered the gates to be opened.

He wrote a report stating there was "panic and utter chaos and did not appear to be any organised police effort".

However, he said his report had been "sanitised".
