Grant Shapps 'screwed up' on job dates

Conservative Party chairman Grant Shapps has said he "screwed up" in a recent interview when he suggested he never had a "second job" while an MP.

He has also accepted for the first time that he did continue to pursue his business interests for a short time after he was elected.

The prime minister said Mr Shapps had his "full backing" but Labour has urged David Cameron to order an immediate inquiry to establish the facts.
