#InMyShoes: Jodie Lunnon - Is A Degree Worth It?

Jodie is a 23-year-old law graduate from Bridgend in South Wales. At the moment she works as a contractor for a large legal database - but in her spare time, she likes to help at her local dog's home, by walking the dogs.

Jodie talks about how school led her to believe that university was the only way to get a decent job was with a degree. She blames the pressure on teachers to send kids from secondary school to university for the sake of league tables.

She suggests alternative ways to get into work, through apprenticeships and educating children about starting your own business.
