The scene of the London jewel heist

Burglars have used heavy cutting equipment to break into up to 70 safety deposit boxes in a vault in London's jewellery quarter.

The value of the haul is estimated at up to £100m and could be one of the biggest crimes ever.

The raid happened over the Easter bank holiday weekend at the Hatton Garden Safe Deposit company.
