'Everything in Parliament needs re-doing'
An outline of options for how the restoration of the Houses of Parliament could be carried out are to be considered by MPs on Thursday.
This "major restoration" could cost more than £3bn.
The 150-year-old Grade I listed building is partly sinking, contains asbestos and has outdated cabling.
Christopher Costelloe, director of the Victorian Society, told BBC Breakfast "practically everything needs re-doing".
